Todd Rayl VP, Managed Security Services Todd leads the Managed Security Services division. As CTO, his evaluation of technology companies and their offerings have helped clients make appropriate investments for their business. His team is responsible for productizing core subscription services that can be selectively incorporated into the IT operation of our clients, minimizing their capital expenditures. Todd’s team has created a sophisticated and redundant computing infrastructure that has become a replacement for or an extension of our clients’ IT. He has also added a number of services that ensure our clients’ business continuity in the face of core IT failures or natural disasters that disrupt operations. Todd has over 10 years of IT operational experience serving mid-market enterprises and the Fortune 500. Prior to Business Vitals, he led technology integration initiatives internally for several client mergers and acquisitions. Todd is also one of the company’s interim CIOs, that are retained regularly at some of our strategic clients. Prior to joining Business Vitals, Todd was the Network Services Manager of a global IT Outsourcing Service Provider. His team's responsibilities included IT infrastructure design, ongoing support processes and the security lifecycle of mission critical applications within the Fortune 500.
